Shipping Information

At this time we cannot ship internationally.

We currently ship UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air.

If you select 2nd Day Air or Alaska/Hawaii you will see ‘quote’ displayed on the checkout page. We will email you the prices and arrival times for both 2nd Day Air and Ground the next business morning (Monday - Friday) by 12:00 noon CST. Please respond to the email letting us know which method you would prefer.

If you do not receive our quote by 12:00 noon CST the next business day please check your spam filter first, but also feel free to call us at 866-228-3375 and we’ll be happy to provide the quote over the phone.

If we do not hear from you by the time your order is ready to ship we will ship your order using 2nd Day (and charge your credit card), unless you indicate your due date and Ground will suffice.

If you select APO/FPO, you will be charged 0.25 for shipping as it's difficult to estimate the actual shipping costs. We will email you the correct shipping amount after receiving your order.

Customer Pick Up is available for the Rockford, IL Metro area customers. We will call you when your order is ready. Pick up hours are normally 8am to 5pm, but if you need a different time we can certainly work something out.

Ship to APO/FPO via USPS

Military customers will receive a 10% discount with a valid .mil email address. Discount will be applied before we start your order.

If you select APO/FPO, you will be charged 0.25 for shipping as it's difficult to estimate the actual shipping cost. We will email you the correct shipping amount after receiving your order. If we do not hear from you before your order is shipped, we will assume you approve the shipping amount and charge your credit card.

Your glassware will be properly packaged to avoid damaging during shipping

All orders are shipped via the best shipping method to insure prompt delivery. If you wish, we can also ship via UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge, contact us for more information.

Your credit card is not charged when you place your order, we will charge your card when we start your order.
